1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version and effective date appear at the top. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires extra notice or consent.

Verndr and other product names on this site are products or brands of Mungry LLC (including where Verndr is used as an assumed business name). They are not separate companies unless we expressly say otherwise.
3. What this site is (and is not)
This site provides general information about Mungry’s services practice, approach, and related topics.
It does not:
- Create a client, attorney-client, or advisory relationship
- Constitute an offer of employment
- Commit us to provide services, pricing, or timelines
- Replace a written statement of work, master services agreement, or product Terms
Insights and articles are perspectives for a general audience. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or technical advice for your specific facts. You are responsible for decisions you make for your business.
Any engagement for paid or unpaid services will be set out in a separate written instrument signed or otherwise accepted by the parties.
4. Inquiries and forms
You may contact us through forms or published email addresses. By submitting a form you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have authority to share it
- You have read our Privacy notice
- You will not submit secrets, credentials, malware, or regulated data we did not ask for
We may decline or ignore submissions that appear abusive, automated, or unlawful. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate us to reply or to enter an engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the text, layout, graphics, logos, and design of this website are owned by Mungry LLC or used under license. All rights reserved.
You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not:
- Copy the site as a product or template for a competing offering
- Scrape the site in bulk for commercial datasets without our written permission
- Use our marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership we have not agreed to
- Remove proprietary notices from materials you are allowed to keep
Third-party names (including AI model and software vendors mentioned on the Toolbox page) are the marks of their owners and are used for identification.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by:
- Attempting unauthorized access to admin tools, accounts, or systems
- Interfering with security, rate limits, or availability
- Probing or attacking the site except through coordinated disclosure to security@mungry.com
- Using the site to send spam or unlawful content
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation
We may suspend access or pursue remedies for violations.
7. Software products
Use of Verndr or other Mungry-published software is governed by the license, terms, and privacy notices presented with that software and on the product site (for example, verndr.com). Those documents control if they conflict with this page regarding product use.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNGRY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete or current.
Descriptions of example projects, methods, or third-party tools are illustrative. They are not guarantees of results for your organization.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNGRY LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Indemnity
If you misuse the site or submit content that harms a third party, you will defend and indemnify Mungry LLC against resulting claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these terms or the site lies in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there — except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.
12. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement regarding use of the website (not regarding a services engagement or product license). You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of assets.
