Privacy notice — Mungry LLC
1. Who we are
Mungry LLC (“Mungry,” “we,” “us”) is an Idaho limited liability company. We publish this website and operate a services practice for small and mid-sized businesses. We also publish product suites such as Verndr; those products are described on their own sites and are not covered by this notice.

2. What this notice covers
This notice describes how we handle personal information collected through this website, including:
- Contact and inquiry forms (Inquiries, Press, Legal, Careers channels)
- Ordinary web server and security logs
- Email you send to the addresses we publish on this site
It does not cover information we receive under a separate written services agreement, employment relationship, or product Terms, except where those instruments point back here.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you use a contact form or email us, we may collect:

Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data in a first note or form. For legal matters, do not paste privileged documents into the form; use legal@mungry.com and wait for instructions.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you load this site, our servers (and our hosting providers) may process:
- IP address, approximate network location derived from IP
- Browser and device type, user agent, language
- Date/time, requested URL, referrer, response status
- Basic security signals (for example, abuse or bot-detection patterns)
We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies on this public site. See Cookies.
3.3 Information we do not intentionally collect here
We do not ask children to use this site. We do not intend to collect information from anyone under 16 through these forms.
4. How we use information
We use website personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry, press request, careers note, or legal contact
- Operate and secure the site (availability, abuse prevention, debugging)
- Keep internal records of who contacted us and what we answered
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of use
- Improve the site’s clarity and reliability (aggregated or de-identified where practical)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If we ever use information for a new purpose that is not compatible with the above, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for consent.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above:

Administrators who sign in to this site’s private admin tools may see inquiry records in order to respond. Access is limited to authorized Mungry personnel.
We do not authorize providers to use your inquiry content for their own marketing.
6. Retention
- Inquiry and form records: kept while useful to complete the conversation and for a reasonable business period afterward (typically up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for a live matter, dispute, or legal hold).
- Server / security logs: kept for a shorter operational window (typically up to 90 days), unless needed longer for security investigation.
- Email: retained according to the mailbox’s ordinary business practice.
When retention ends, we delete or de-identify records where feasible.
7. Security
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small company website that receives business inquiries (access control for admin tools, transport encryption to the site, least-privilege habits). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. See also our Security posture note — it is not a certification.
Report suspected vulnerabilities in this website to security@mungry.com. Do not include third-party personal data in a proof-of-concept.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a request, email legal@mungry.com with enough detail for us to find your records (work email used on the form helps). We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available under applicable law.
If you are in the EEA/UK and believe we process your data subject to GDPR/UK GDPR, you may also contact your local supervisory authority. Our services are aimed primarily at U.S. small and mid-sized businesses; if that changes, we will update this notice.
9. International processing
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the U.S. and possibly in other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules than your own.
10. Third-party sites and products
Links to verndr.com, vendor documentation, or other sites are not covered by this notice. Their terms and privacy rules apply.
11. Changes
We may update this notice. We will change the version and effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or by another reasonable method when required.
